What

Build something using AI. An agent, a Claude Code skill, an automation, a tool, a website, a prototype — anything that works and is useful (or at least impressive). It can help Cleevio, improve a client project you're working on, or be something completely random. This is about learning and experimenting, not perfection.

Rules

AI must be core

Your project must meaningfully use AI — LLMs, agents, code generation, embeddings, vision, whatever. A landing page "made with Cursor" doesn't count.

It must work

Working demo or it didn't happen. Doesn't have to be polished, but it has to run. Record a Loom if needed.

Solo or team (max 3)

Work alone or team up. Prize is split per team. No limit on submissions per person.

Submit by deadline

Post your submission in #ai-challenge on Slack with a short description + demo link or video.

Need a subscription, API credits, a new LLM to try, or any tool to build your project? DM Tomas Stibor on Slack. We'll cover it. This challenge is about learning and pushing boundaries — money shouldn't be the blocker.

How we pick winners

1

Submissions close

Everyone posts their project in #ai-challenge by the deadline.

2

Management picks Top 5

Leadership reviews all submissions and shortlists the 5 best projects based on these criteria:

Usefulness 35%
Creativity 25%
Technical depth 20%
Client / Cleevio impact 20%
3

Demo Day

Top 5 finalists present their projects live (5 min each). Show what you built, how it works, and why it matters.

4

Team votes for Top 3

After demos, everyone at Cleevio votes. The people decide who wins 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. One person, one vote. You can't vote for yourself.
